摘  要:我国弧焊设备电磁兼容性要求国家标准GB 15579.10自2009年开始强制执行,因此急需研发针对弧焊设备的电磁兼容测试设备。以电焊机电磁兼容问题之一的电压暂降抗扰度问题为研究基础,开发了应用于电焊机的三相大功率电压暂降抗扰度测试系统。测试系统以MSP430F449单片机为控制核心,以WEINVIEW MT506触摸屏为人机交互操作界面,由相序调整单元、接触器保护单元、暂降发生单元和暂降程控单元组成,通过触摸屏进行试验方式和参数的设置,可以依据国家标准进行单相弧焊设备电压暂降和三相弧焊设备电压暂降的抗扰度试验,也可以自定义参数进行特定的电压暂降抗扰度测试。The strict national standard of the electromagnetic compatibility CEMC' toward the welding equipment named GB15579.10 had been carried out compulsively since 2009,so the development of EMC test machine for welding equipment is needed urgently.Based on voltage dip immunity problem which is one of the EMC problems in welding equipment,the paper developed a system which applied to three-phase voltage dips immunity test for high-power welding equipment.Test system controlled by MCU MSP430F449,using WENWIEW MT506TV touch screen as man-machine interface.System consists of sequence adjustment unit,contactor protection unit,dip occurred unit and dip program-controlled unit.The system's test mode and parameters can be set by the touch screen.So the system can accomplish single-phase voltage dip immunity test and three-phase voltage dip immunity test for welding equipment according to the national standards,what's more the system can manually set parameters to take a specific voltage dip immunity test.
