葛根素注射液抗心肌缺血实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素注射液的抗心肌缺血作用。方法通过葛根素注射液对小鼠常压耐缺氧试验、葛根素注射液二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导家兔体外血小板聚集试验、葛根素注射液去甲肾上腺素(NE)诱导大鼠离体动脉环收缩试验,观察葛根素注射液抗心肌缺血的活性。结果小鼠常压耐缺氧试验显示,葛根素注射液各组小鼠平均存活时间明显延长。抗ADP诱导家兔体外血小板聚集试验显示,葛根素注射液对ADP诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集具有较强的抑制作用,与溶媒组比较,有非常显著性差异。抗NE诱导大鼠离体动脉环收缩试验显示,葛根素注射液各浓度均可舒张完整内皮组NE诱导大鼠动脉环,且高浓度组对完整内皮组舒张作用较强。结论葛根素具有抗心肌缺血作用。Objective It is to observe the anit-myocardial ischemia effect of Puerarin injection.Methods Anti-myocardial ischemia activities of puerarin injection were observed by normal pressure oxygen deficit tolerance test in rats given Puerarin injection,platelet aggregation test in vitro induced by adenosine diphosphate（ADP） in rabbits given Puerarin injection,excised artery link contraction test induced by noradrenaline（NE） in rats given Puerarin injection.Results Oxygen deficit tolerance test showed that average survival time obviously increased in every Puerarin injection group.Platelet aggregation test showed that Puerarin injection had a stronger inhibitory action on platelet aggregation in vitro induced by ADP,compare with the solvent group,the difference was significant.Excised artery link contraction test showed that each concentration of Puerarin injection could relax the complete endodermis group＇s artery link induced by NE,and high concentration of Puerarin injection＇s effect was stronger than the other concentrations.Conclusion Puerarin injection has anti-myocardial ischemia effect.
