摘　　要：为了探讨子宫内膜粘膜相关淋巴瘤（ＥＭＡＬＴｏｍａ） 及假性淋巴瘤（ＥＰＬ） 的诊断标准、鉴别诊断及发病机理，对ＥＭＡＬＴｏｍａ及ＥＰＬ各１ 例的活检标本，进行石蜡包埋切片，ＨＥ 染色，同时进行免疫组化（ＳＰ 法） 标记：ＣＤ４５ 、ＣＤ２０ 、ＣＤ４５ＲＯ、ＥＭＡ。ＥＭＡＬＴｏｍａ 出现“淋巴上皮病变”及单克隆增殖，为Ｂ 细胞性（ＣＣＬ 细胞型） 。ＥＰＬ 为多克隆性的多种炎细胞浸润。ＥＭＡＬＴｏｍａ为低度恶性并有“回归”现象。因此，手术为首选治疗方法。ＥＰＬ予抗炎治疗可治愈。感染可导致机体产生获得性ＭＡＬＴ，并在持续性刺激下发展为ＥＰＬ，进而转变为ＥＭＡＬＴｏｍａ。To inquire into the diagnostic standard,the distingnishing diagnosis and the pathogenesis of endometrial mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma(EMALT oma) and endometrial pseudolymphoma(EPL),two biopsy specimen from EMALT oma and EPL each,were embedded in paraffin,stained by HE and marked by immunohistochemical sign:CD45,CD20,CD45RO,EMA(SP methods).“Lymphoepithelial lesions” and monoclonal hyperplasia appeared in EMALT oma,which shows B cell type(CCL cell type).The infiltration of several kinds of inflammatroy cells was shown in EPL.This case of EMALT oma is of low grade malignant and accompanied with the phenomenon of “homing back”.So that,operation will be the first choice.EPL can be cured by anti inflammatory therapy.The infections may induce acquired MALT and develop into EPL by continuous stimulation,then transformed into EMALT oma.
