乳腺癌中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物的过度表达

摘　　要：应用免疫组化方法检测了１６６ 例乳腺癌和３６ 例乳腺良性组织中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物（ｕｒｏｋｉｎａｓｅ ｔｙｐｅ ｐｌａｓｍｉｎｏｇｅｎ ａｃｔｉｖａｔｏｒ，ｕＰＡ）的表达情况。结果显示乳腺癌中ｕＰＡ 的表达程度以及阳性率显著高于乳腺良性组织。在１６６ 例乳腺癌中，ｕＰＡ高表达者９０ 例（５４．２ ％） ，低表达者７６ 例（４５ ．８％ ）。ｕＰＡ 高表达者的淋巴结转移率明显高于低表达者。ｕＰＡ 表达也与肿瘤大小及ＴＮＭ 分期密切相关，原发肿瘤越大，ＴＮＭ 分期越晚，其表达越强。因此，ｕＰＡ 与乳腺癌的侵袭、转移是密切相关的，也可能是１ 个影响乳腺癌预后的重要生物学指标，临床上对ｕＰＡ 高表达者，术后应给予合理的辅助治疗。The expression of urokinase type plasminogen activator(uPA) in 166 cases of women primary breast cancer and 36 cases of benign breast tissue was tested by Strept Avidin Biotin Complex(SABC) immunohistochemical technique.The results showed that the expression of uPA in breast cancer was significantly higher than those in benign breast tissue.In 166 cases of breast cancer,90 cases were in uPA high expression(54.2%),and 76 case were in low expression(45.8%).The rate of lymph node metastasis in patients with uPA high expression was significantly higher than in patients with uPA low expression.The degree of uPA expression was closely associated with tumor size and TNM stages.The bigger and more advanced stage the tumor was,the stronger uPA expression.Therefore,uPA is closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of breart cancer,and may be an important biological marker of breast cancer prognosis.To improve the patients′ prognosis,adjuvant therapy is needed for those with uPA high expression after operation.
