神经系统副肿瘤综合征与神经元抗核抗体的研究

摘　　要：报告１５ 例神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者血清和脑脊液中存在特异性神经元抗核抗体。应用亲合免疫细胞组织化学ＡＢＣ法显示患者血清中抗体滴度高达１∶６４ ０００，脑脊液中高达１∶４ ０００。１２ 例患者在癌潜伏期出现副肿瘤综合征并发现抗体。副肿瘤综合征可能为１ 种自身免疫性疾病，自身抗体在致病过程中起着重要作用，检测抗体对于某些癌肿的早期诊断有重要价值。The presence of neuronal antinuclear antibodies(NAA) in sera and CSF of 15 patients with paraneoplastic sydromes of the nervous system(PNSNS) were identified with immunohistochemistry(ABC method) and Western blot analysis.The results of titrations of sera and CSF revealed that there was an end point of 1∶64 000 and 1∶4 000 respectively.These data indicated that the NAA may associate with PNSNS and is a highly specific autoantibody.PNSNS might be an autoimmune disorder.NAA might play an important role in the pathogenesis of PNSNS.
