食管癌患者血清TGFβ1变化与放疗近期疗效关系研究

摘　　要：为了探讨食管癌放疗前后血清ＴＧＦβ１ 水平改变与放疗疗效及预后的关系，采用免疫酶联方法对３０ 例明确诊断的食管癌患者放疗前后血清ＴＧＦβ１ 水平进行检测，并对其改变与病变长度、部位、Ｘ 线分型、近期疗效及转移复发的关系进行对比分析。结果表明放疗前食管癌患者血清ＴＧＦβ１ 平均水平明显高于对照组，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），放疗后血清ＴＧＦβ１ 水平改变与病变长度、部位、Ｘ线分型无关（ Ｐ＞０ ．０５） ，与近期疗效及转移复发密切相关（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。认为血清ＴＧＦβ１ 水平可以作为监测食管癌放疗疗效和预后的一项重要指标。To evaluate the relation between the changes of serum TGF β1 and response to radiotherapy in esophageal carcinoma,serum samples from 30 newly diagnosed esophageal carcinoma patients were detected for TGF β1 before and after RT.An enzyme lined immunosorbent assay was used and changes of serum TGF β1 levels were analyzed.The data showed that the serum TGF β1 level in esophageal carcinoma patients before RT was significantly higher than that in healthy controls( P <0.01).The changes of serum levels after RT were also closely related to the immediate response to RT and metastsis and recurrence( P < 0.01 ),but were not related to the length,location,X ray pathological pattern of the lesions( P >0.05).These results suggest that the serum TGF β1 level may be a useful marker for monitoring the response and prognosis after RT in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
