摘  要:目的 从细胞浆表达水平对谷胱甘肽S转移酶π(GST-π)在肾细胞癌及正常肾组织中的表达机制进行探讨,以期为选择化疗方案提供参考,获得更有效的化疗效果。 方法 应用免疫组化对肾癌及正常肾组织中GST-π进行检测,并结合临床分级、分型、分期探讨其临床及生理意义。 结果 96.3% 的正常组织及41.4% 癌组织有GST-π表达,前者表达强于后者,表达强度与分级、分型、分期无关。 结论 各型肾癌均来源于肾近曲小管上皮,它继承了正常肾组织GST-π高表达的特性,发挥解毒作用而产生天然性多药耐药(MDR)。选择GST-π低表达的患者并且针对MDR机制采用相应的化疗药物进行化疗将有助于提高化疗有效率。Renal cell carcinoma(RCC) is one of the most drug resistant tumors \ The chemotherapy efficiency is only 7%~10%,which is one of main causes of poor prognosis in RCC By studying the mechanisms of multidrug resistance(MDR),we attend to find the reference for chemotherapy plan \ Methods\ 70 cases of paraffin embedded RCC tissue sections were analyzed for the presence of GST π by means of immunohistochemistry \ Results\ 96 3% normal kidney tissue and 41 4% RCC expressed GST π,the positive staining located in the normal epithelium cell plasma of the proximal tube or tumor cell plasma,the former is the stronger expresser \ The expression of GST π has no relationship to the differentiation,type and stage of RCC \ Conclusion\ Our research suggested that every type of RCC originates from proximal tube and inherits the overexpression of GST π,it play a role in detoxification,which produce the MDR \ We suggested that the patients with low level of GST π is the best indication of chemotherapy \ Electing different drug according to the mechanism should be the key to improve the efficiency of chemotherapy \;
