摘  要:目的 检测谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST-π)、P-糖蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤、正常骨组织中的表达及其与骨肉瘤临床病理改变之间的关系。 方法 对53例原发性骨肉瘤、15 例骨软骨瘤、17 例正常骨组织进行免疫组化染色。 结果 在骨肉瘤中GST-π、P-糖蛋白的表达明显高于正常骨组织和骨软骨瘤,骨肉瘤中P-糖蛋白的表达与术前有无化疗明显相关,在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤和正常骨组织中P-糖蛋白与GST-π共同表达率分别为52.8% , 13.3% 和0。 结论 (1)骨肉瘤患者化疗不敏感可能与肿瘤组织中自发性存在P-糖蛋白和GST-π过表达有关;(2)术前化疗能明显提高P-糖蛋白的表达,提示骨肉瘤患者预后差可能与自发性和获得性P-糖蛋白的过表达有关;(3)联合检测GST-π、P-糖蛋白可作为鉴别良恶性骨肿瘤的有益指标。Investigation of the expression of the glutathione S transferase π(GST π) and the P glycoprotein in normal bone tissues,exostosis and osteosarcoma specimens,and the relationship between this expression and clinical pathology of osteosarcoma \ Methods\ The expression of the GST π and the P glycoprotein were evaluated immunohistochemically in 17 normal bone tissues,15 exostosis and 53 osteosarcoma \ Results\ The expression of the GST π and the P glycoprotein in osteosarcoma is markedly higher than those in normal bone tissues and exostosis \ The patients with preoperative chemotherapy were associated with overexpression of the P glycoprotein.\ The coexpression rate of the P glycoprotein and the GST π were 52 8%, 13 3%, 0% in osteosarcoma,exostosis and normal bone tissue specimen respectively \ Conclusion\ The patients with insensitivity to chemotherapy may be related to the spontaneous existence of P glycoprotein and the overexpression of the GST π \ The expression of the P glycoprotein can be intensively increased following the prechemotherapy \ The low survival rate of the osteosarcomas may have correlated with the spontaneous or obtained overexpression of the P glycoprotein \ The combined determination of GST π and P glycoprotein may be a useful method in the differentiation of benign and malignant bone tumor \;
