摘　　要：目的　探讨β－连接蛋白的表达与大肠腺癌的分化程度、局部侵袭深度、淋巴结转移和Ｄｕｋｅｓ＇分期的关系。　方法　用ＳＰ免疫组化方法检测β－连接蛋白的表达。　结果　６７．２％ （３９／５８）大肠腺癌β－连接蛋白表达减低，表达减低与癌的分化程度呈正相关（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），与局部侵袭深度、淋巴结转移和Ｄｕｋｅｓ＇分期无关（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。　结论　大肠腺癌中β－连接蛋白表达常减低，但在癌的侵袭和转移中可能不起重要作用。To investigate the expression of β catenin in colorectal adenocarcinomas and its relationship with the differentiation,depth of local invasiveness,lymph node metastasis and Dukes' stage of the tumor \ Methods\ β catenin expression was evaluated immunohistochemically in 58 colorectal carcinoma and 10 normal colonic mucosa specimens \ Results\ In 67 2%(39/58) of tumors β catenin immunoreactivities were reduced and was associated with loss of differenciation,but no significant relationship was found between β catenin expression and the depth of local invasiveness,lymph node metastases and Dukes' stage \ Conclusion\ Reduced β catenin expression was frequently observed in colorectal carcinoma,but may only play a minor role in the invasion and metastasis of the cancer \;
