CO_2气腹对妊娠中晚期大鼠血清胎盘泌乳素含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠中晚期不同CO2气腹时间对大鼠HPL含量的影响。方法:建立妊娠中期CO2气腹的大鼠模型,分实验组及对照组,采用固相夹心法酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测妊娠中晚期大鼠HPL的含量变化。结果:实验组妊娠中期大鼠HPL值与对照组相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠晚期,常气腹压1 h组与2 h组(B、C组)HPL值与非气腹组(A组)相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);高气腹压1 h组与2 h组(D、E组)HPL值明显低于同期非气腹组(A组),有统计学意义(P<0.01);高气腹压1 h组与2 h组HPL值低于常气腹压1 h组与2 h组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同孕期母鼠血液中HPL值不同,与胎盘成熟度呈正相关;不同气腹压力及时间对妊娠中期母鼠胎盘功能无明显影响,但对妊娠晚期母鼠胎盘功能有明显影响,压力越大、时间越长,影响越明显。Objective：To investigate the concentration of serum human placental lactogen（HPL） in medium and late pregnancy rats＇ during different pressure and time of CO2 pneumoperitoneum.Methods：A second trimester rat models were set up for carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum experiment.The level of chorionic gonadotropin,placental lactogen and estriol in blood plasma were examined in second and late trimester rat models with ELISA from different trestment groups under different pressure and various pneumoperitoneum duration and also in the control groups,and then the change of human placental lactogen content was measured.Results：The difference in maternalserum HPL was no significant comparing treatment groups with control group of corresponding（P0.05）.In pregnancy late,the difference was no significant comparing treatment group B and group C for maternal serum HPL of pregnant rats with group A（P0.05）,and the difference was significant comparing group D and group E for maternal serum HPL of pregnant rats with group A（P0.01）,and the difference was significant comparing group D and group E for maternal serum HPL of pregnant rats with group B and group C（P0.05）.Conclusion：Maternal serum HPL levels are different in different pregnant stages which are positively correlated to placental maturity.The different pneumoperitoneum pressure and time can not affect the placenta function of the same trimester of pregnancy,but can affect the placenta function of late trimester of pregnancy.The higher the pressure is and the longer the pneumoperitoneum is,the more obvious the impact is.
