三乙醇胺乳膏治疗60例肿瘤放射治疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：[背景]探讨三乙醇胺乳膏治疗头颈部放射治疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡的疗效.[病例报告]将90例头颈部恶性肿瘤放射治疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡患者随机分为实验组60例和对照组30例,实验组60例中在放射治疗过程中采用三乙醇胺乳膏涂抹患处组为39例,三乙醇胺乳膏盐水液含漱组为21例;对照组采用复方氯已定含漱液含漱方式.实验组口腔溃疡总有效率为96.7%(58/60),明显高于对照组的66.7%(20/30)(P<0.01).实验组疼痛方面总有效率为93.3%(56/60),亦明显高于对照组的56.7%(17/30)(P<0.01)[讨论]三乙醇胺乳膏治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤放射治疗所致口腔黏膜溃疡及疼痛疗效显著,无不良反应.BACKGROUND To study the clinical curative effects of trolamine cream on oral ulcer cused by radiotherapy for head and neck neoplasm.CASE REPORTS 90 patients of oral mucosa ulcer with head and neck neoplasm caused by radiaotherapy were randomly divided into the treatment group（60 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.Patients of 39 cases in treatment group were used trolamine cream place daub,and 21 cases were used trolamine cream and brine gargle solution to including mouth.The control group used the compound gargle solution chlorhexidine giuconatie.Total clinical effective rate of oral cavity ulcer of treatment group was 96.7%（58/60）,higher than that of the control group（66.7%,20/30）,significantly（P0.01）.The total clinical effective rate of the pain was 93.3%（56/60） in treatment group,also higher than that in the control group（56.7%,17/30）,significantly（P0.01）.DISCUSSION Trolamine cream has the curative clinical effects in treatment for oral ulcer and pain,that caused by radiotherapy of head and neck neoplasm,and there was no obvious adverse side effects.
