摘 要:制备了剪切增稠液体(STF)并对其稳态和动态流变性能进行了研究,发现体系具有明显的剪切增稠现象,用"粒子簇"生成机理能较好地解释这种现象。为降低成本,暂选用普通玻纤织物作为载体,制备出STF-玻纤织物,并将其和纯玻纤织物进行准静态防刺试验。结果表明在面密度相同的情况下,剪切增稠液体的使用能有效提高玻纤织物的防刺性能,使其顶破强力比未处理时高28.14%。Shear thickening fluid(STF) was prepared and its rheological behaviors were studied under steady and oscillation shear.It is observed that the system shows obvious shear-thickening phenomenon.Through'clustering'theory,the behavior can be explained.In order to reduce costs,STF-glass fabrics were prepared with the ordinary glass fabrics as the carrier temporarily.Then STF-glass fabrics and neat glass fabrics were both done quasi-static stab-resistant tests.By contrast,showing that the use of STF can improve the stab-resistant performance of the fabric and the penetration strength was enhanced by 28.14%with the same areal density.
