全身新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈鳞癌的术前疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨BIP方案全身新辅助化疗对局部晚期ⅠB2～ⅡB期宫颈鳞癌的术前疗效。方法:选择2005-01～2010-01月我院初治经病理确诊的132例ⅠB2～ⅡB期局部晚期的宫颈鳞癌,采用BIP方案全身化疗1～2疗程观察术前疗效。结果:BIP新辅助化疗可改善症状,使病灶不同程度的缩小,降低淋巴结转移率,提高手术切除率,临床总有效率达84.7%,手术切除率达95.9%。结论:BIP方案全身静脉新辅助化疗对ⅠB2～ⅡB期局部晚期的宫颈癌的术前疗效是显著的,静脉化疗简便、经济、安全,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of preoperative neoadjuvent chemotherapy with BIP on ⅠB2～ⅡB Locally advanced cervical squamous cell cancer.Methods：132 of primary Locally advanced cervical squamous cell cancer in stage ⅠB2～ⅡB were diagnosed by pathology in the affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College between 2005-2010.They were managed by regiment of BIP chemotherapy for 1～2 cycles and followed by the therapeutic value.Results： Preoperative neoadjuvent chemotherapy with BIP could remit symptoms and significantly decreased the primary tumor sizes.The rates of positive pelvic lymph node metastasis was significantly lower.The method could apparently increase the chance of operation.The overall response rate was 84.7%.The rate of surgery after chemotherapy was 95.9%.Conclusion： Neoadjuvent chemotherapy with BIP is a new and effective method for treatment of stageⅠB2～ⅡBLocal advanced cervical cancer.Neoadjuvent chemotherapy by vein is convenient and economical,it also should be spread widely at clinic.
