摘　　要：目的探讨Ras相关区域家族1A(ras association domain family 1A,RASSF1A)基因及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblast growth factor,bFGF)在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜非典型增生、增生子宫内膜中各临床病理参数之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法及RT-PCR方法检测正常增生期子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜癌组织中bFGF及RASSF1A基因的表达状况,观察结果并进行统计学处理。结果 (1)子宫内膜癌中bFGF表达强度与各临床病理参数密切相关,随着组织分化程度降低、肌层浸润加深和手术-病理分期的增高而逐渐增大(P<0.05);而与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。(2)子宫内膜癌组织中RASSF1A表达水平与各临床病理参数密切相关,随着组织分化程度降低、肌层浸润加深和手术-病理分期的增高,RASSF1A表达逐渐降低(P<0.05);而与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 bFGF是子宫内膜癌组织重要的血管生成因子,其高表达在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展过程中起一定作用,RASSF1A的低表达促进了肿瘤的发生,两种因子的检测对子宫内膜腺癌的早期诊断、恶性程度的判定及预测预后有积极意义。Objective To study the relationship between the basic fibroblast growth factor （BFGF） and ras association domain family（ RASSFI A） gene in clinical pathological parameters of endometrial cancer, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial hyperplasia. Methods The conditions of BFGF and RASSFI A gene in normal proliferative endometrial, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer tissue were examined through immunohistochenlical SP and RT - PCR. The resuhs were observed and analyzed statistically. Results （ 1 ） The intensity of BFGF in endometrial cancer is closely related to clinical pathological parameters, increasing gradually with the lower degree of differentiation, deepening of myometrial invasion and increase of surgical - pathological staging（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but it has no relationship with lymph node metastasis （P 〉 0. 05 ）. （2） RASSF1A in endometrial carcinoma is closely related to clinical pathological parameters, decreasing gradually with the lower degree of differentiation, deepening of myometrial invasion and increase of surgical - pathological staging（ P 〈 0.05）, but has no relationship with lymph node metastasis （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions BFDF is an important angiogenesis factor in endometrial carcinoma, the high expression of which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The low expression of RASSFI A contributes to the growth of tumor. The test of these two factors plays a positive role in early diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma, evaluation of malignant degree and prediction of prognosis.
