胆总管探查后免T管、腹腔引流管的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨胆道探查后免T管、腹腔引流管(双管)的安全性、可行性及优势。方法随机将170例胆总管结石择期手术患者分为一期缝合、免双管组与T管引流组,对比两组患者的术后指标和并发症。结果免双管组手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、术后应用镇痛药物、术后并发症均显著优于T管引流组(P<0.05)。结论严把手术适应证,胆总管探查一期缝合胆管、免除双管是低创安全可行的。Objective To discuss the safety, feasibility and advantage of applying without T - tube and without abdomen drainage tube （without two - tube） in common bile duet exploration. Methods 170 cases with eholedocholithiasis of protective operation were randomly divided into primary bile duet suture and without T - tube and abdomen drainage tube group. To compared postoperative index and complications of two gronps of patients. Results Without two - tub group was far better than T - tube drainage group in operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative analgesic administration and postoperative complications （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions without two - tube group is definitely less invasive for biliary diseases and prlmary suture of the bile duet is proved safe and feasible.
