摘  要:为了研究表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(Epigallocatechin-3-gallate,EGCG)在活体内对疟原虫的抑制,实验选取了感染虎纹伯劳Lanius tigrinus的伯劳疟原虫Plasmodium(Novyella)lanius作为研究对象。实验把通过血转种成功的50只带虫金丝鸟Serinus canaria分成5个组,每组10只进行实验。每组以不同剂量的EGCG进行灌喂实验,设蒿甲醚和生理盐水的阳性和空白对照,并用常规涂片法和PCR法进行抑制效果的检测。实验结果显示在不同剂量下,EGCG在体内对疟原虫生长的抑制率分别是66.7%、90%、90%。不同实验组与空白对照组有显著差异(P〈0.001),证实儿茶素在体内对鸟类疟原虫有抑制作用。To explore the inhibitory effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) on malarial parasite growth in vivo. Fifty canaries (Serinus canaria) , which were successfully inoculated with blood sample of a natural host, Lanius tigrinus infected by Plasmodium lanius, were assigned into 5 groups ( 10 each). Canaries in group Ⅰ , Ⅱand Ⅲ were orally admitted EGCG 30. 0, 60.0 and 120.0 mg/ (kg · d), respectively; in group IV and V were orally admitted artemether 50.0 mg/ (kg · d) or normal saline, separately. Results of Giemsa's staining and PCR examination showed the Inhibitive rates of EGCG in group Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 66.7% , 90% and 90% , respectively; in group Ⅳ and V were 80% and 0, separately. Very significant differences existed between the tested groups (group Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ) and the control group (group V, P 〈 O. 001 ), suggesting that EGCG played an inhibitive effect to Plasmodium (Novyella) lanius in Serinus canaria.
