经头皮冠状切口行面中份骨折切开复位、微型钛板坚强内固定术186例临床分析  

Analysis of 186 Patients with Midface Bone Fractures Who Received Open Reduction with Coronal Incision and Internal Rigid Fixation with Titanium Microplate

摘　　要：目的探讨经头皮冠状切口行面中份骨折切开复位、微型钛板坚强内固定术的治疗效果及并发症的防治.方法回顾性分析云南第一人民医院口腔颌面外科收治的186例面中份骨折病例,均采用经头皮冠状切口行骨折切开复位、微型钛板坚强内固定术进行治疗.结果所有患者颌面部外形恢复满意,咬合关系恢复至受伤前状况.5例发生术后感染,8例出现切口区头皮组织术后无毛发生长,11例诉头皮疼痛、麻木或感觉异常,随访2 a后大多逐渐恢复正常.无1例患者发生眼睑不能闭合的面神经颧支受损症状,无患者出现头皮下血肿.结论经头皮冠状切口行骨折切开复位、微型钛板坚强内固定术是治疗面中份骨折的一种安全、有效的手术方法,值得广泛推广.Objective To discuss the curative effect of the operation ＂open reduction with coronal incision and internal rigid fixation with titanium microplate＂ for midface bone fractures,as well as the methods to prevent the complications.Method We retrospectively analyzed the data of 186 patients with midface bone fractures who received operation ＂open reduction with coronal incision and internal rigid fixation with titanium microplate＂.Results All 186 patients were satisfied with their recoverd contour and occlusion condition.Five patients got infections.8 patients＇ incisive region had no hair growth.11 patients suffered from pain or anaesthesia,but the abnormal senses all dispeared in 2 years.No patient was injured in facial nerves or occurred subcutaneous hematoma.Conclusion The operation ＂open reduction with coronal incision and internal rigid fixation with titanium microplate＂ is a safe and effective method for midface bone fractures.
