摘　　要：目的探讨发生于颌骨的炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的临床及病理特点,指导临床诊断及治疗.方法对经诊治的3例颌骨炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤患者进行临床及病理特点回顾性分析.结果颌骨炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤临床表现为局部肿瘤块,界限不清.肿瘤由梭形的肌纤维母细胞和炎症细胞组成.结论颌骨炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤为低度恶性肿瘤,术后补充放疗,愈后良好.Objective To investigate the clinincal and pathological characristatics of maxillomandibular inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor so as to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method The clinincal and pathological data of three patients suffering from maxillomandibular inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor were analyzed restrospectively.Result Regional neoplasm and illegible border were seen in maxillomandibular inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,which was composed of spindle-shaped myofibroblasts and inflammatory cells.Conclusion Maxillomandibular inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a low malignant potential tumor,which has a satisfactory prognosis after locally supplementary postoperative irradiation.
