利用微创拔牙术保留下颌第二磨牙远中牙槽骨高度的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:下颌水平阻生智齿拔除时采用微创拔牙术,观察下颌第二磨牙远中牙槽骨高度的恢复情况。方法:水平骨埋伏智齿122例,术前拍X线片,根据第二磨牙远中是否存在病理性阴影分为两组,术后1周及12周复诊拍X线片,对比观察第二磨牙远中牙槽骨高度的恢复程度。结果:所有患者术后未出现并发症,拔牙前第二磨牙远中有阴影组在术后12周时其远中牙槽骨恢复高度与无阴影组有显著性差异。结论:水平埋伏的智齿应该早期拔除,术中应该尽量保留第二磨牙远中牙槽骨。Objective To investigate the distal alveolar bone height of mandibular second molar after extraction of horizontal impacted third molar by atraumatic extraction.Methods 122 patients were divided into two groups by having pathologic shadow or not of the mandibular molar distal.X-ray examination were taken at the preoperation、postoperation 1 week and 12weeks.Results All patients did not experience postoperative complications.The distal alveolar bone height of the second molar had significant differences between two groups.Conclusion It is helpful to extract the horizontal impacted third molar in early stage.Using atraumatic extraction can preserve the distal alveolar bone height of the mandibular second molar.
