强脉冲光联合Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察强脉冲光联合Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效和安全性。方法:选择100例1岁以内婴幼儿血管瘤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用IPL和Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光联合治疗,对照组仅使用IPL治疗,每3周治疗1次,5次为1个疗程。疗程结束后分析疗效及安全性,并行统计学处理。结果:治疗组皮损痊愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应均轻微,未见明显色素沉着、色素减退及瘢痕形成。结论:IPL联合Q开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤安全、有效,临床效果优于单独IPL治疗。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of combined use of intense pulsed light（IPL） and frequency-doubled Q-switched Nd：YAG Laser in treating infant Capillary hemangioma.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and.control group.Treatment group was treated with combined use of intense pulsed light and frequency-doubled Q-switched Nd：YAG Laser.control group was treated with IPL only.They were treated four times and the interval was three weeks between two treatments.The efficacy and the safety were evaluated 3 weeks after the treatment.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than these of the control group after 5 times of treatment（P0.05）.The total effective rates of the two groups were no significant difference（P0.05）.No severe complications such as Scar formation,inflammatory chromatosis and depigmentation occurred in all patients.Conclusion Combined use of IPL and frequency-doubled Q-switched Nd：YAG Laser is safe and more effective in treating infant Capillary hemangioma than IPL only.
