瓷贴面修复中的护理措施

摘　　要：目的:探讨瓷贴面修复时的护理配合措施。方法:修复科护士在110例患者瓷贴面修复过程中积极配合医师开展四手操作,并且加强了对患者的心理护理和健康宣教。结果:110例患者顺利完成瓷贴面的美容修复,取得较为理想的修复效果。结论:做好患者的心理护理,建立良好的医护患沟通,创造和谐的治疗环境,是保证贴面修复成功的重要基础;较高专业技术水平,良好的四手配合是保证治疗成功的关键;及时的健康指导,科学的行为干预是保证瓷贴面修复效果的重要手段之一。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the nursing care for ceramic veneer restoration.Methods During ceramic veneer restoration for 110 patients,nurses from prosthodontistry department actively performed four-handed technique cooperating with the doctors,and enhanced psychological nursing and health education.Results Satisfied ceramic veneer restorations were obtained in all the 110 patients.Conclusion In order to get satisfied ceramic veneer restoration,it is fundamentally important to perform psychological nursing,establish good communication with the patients and create harmony treatment environment.High standard of clinical technique and well performed four-handed technique are the key for the successful treatment.Timely health education and reasonable intervention are important measures for maintain the ceramic veneer restoration.
