摘　　要：目的：探讨瓦合瓣在腭裂术后穿孔修补术中的临床应用效果。方法：23例腭裂术后穿孔病例,以瓦合瓣修复。结果：术后腭部外形良好,无1例复裂出现。结论：瓦合瓣修复腭裂术后穿孔能达到良好的临床效果,为腭裂术后穿孔修补提供了一种有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of watte flaps in repairing perforation after operation of cleft palate repairs.Methods 23 subjects with perforation after operation of cleft palate repairs.Watte flaps were harvested to seal the defect after an incision was made around the margin of the perforation.Result All 24 cages obtained good figure contributed by the survival of transferred watte flaps without any complications involving necrosis.Conclusion Watte flaps provides a good method for repairing repairing perforation after palatorrhaphy
