摘　　要：目的:建立哈尔滨地区成人正常完整Ricketts分析方法的正常值。方法:从哈市各高校中随机筛选出哈尔滨地区哈尔滨籍成人正常个体样本120例(男60例,女60例),依次拍摄X线头颅侧位片,按照完整Ricketts分析方法对其描点测量,记录下相应的数据,进行t检验,然后将所测得的样本均值及标准差进行男女组间比较。同时将部分男女数值合并,与上海地区相应人群的正常值进行比较。结果:①建立了哈尔滨地区成人正常完整Ricketts分析法的正常值;②本地区男女间差别不明显,男女组间无统计学差异;③与上海地区比较,不同地区人群间存在较明显的差异。结论:哈尔滨地区正常成人牙、颌、颅面结构有其地区、年龄和种族特点,不同人群应有各自相应的正常值标准。建立本地区完整Ricketts分析法正常值可为正畸矫治计划的确定提供参考。Objective To investigate on the clinical normal value of the whole Ricketts analysis of the adults in Harbin area.Methods 120 normal occulusion adults borned and lived in Harbin area were enrolled by study（60 males and 60 females）,subsequently taken X-cephalometrical films,.then,points found.lines distance and angles calculated.T test was performed.According to the mean value and standard deviation obtained in the experiment,the male and female interblock values was contrasted,next,combined.That was gone into comparision with norm occlusion people in Shanghai area.Results ①The clinical normal value of the whole Ricketts analysis of the adults in Harbin area was investigated.②The gender difference in Harbin area was undistinctly in statistics.③Difference is obviously in some measurement items between people in Harbin and Shanghai with normal occlusion.Conclusion Ricketts normal standard values are diverse in the areas.The clinical normal values of whole Ricketts analysis acquired in the study may be implemented in clinical orthodontics planning.
