摘　　要：目的观察AIB1蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达,初步探讨其在宫颈癌中的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测15例正常宫颈组织和33例宫颈癌组织中AIB1蛋白的表达情况,并比较不同临床病理特征之间AIB1蛋白表达的差异,分析其相关性。结果宫颈癌与正常宫颈组织中AIB1蛋白表达阳性率分别为33.3%和13.3%,差异无统计学意义,但不同分化程度宫颈癌组中AIB1蛋白的表达差异有统计学意义,随着肿瘤分化程度的逐渐降低,AIB1蛋白的表达有升高趋势。结论 AIB1蛋白的过表达在宫颈癌的发生发展中可能起一定作用。Objective To investigate protein expression of AIB1 gene, as well as its clinical significance, in cervical cancer. Methods The expression levels of AIB1 protein in 15 normal cervical tissues and 33 cervical cancer tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method, and comparing the difference of AIB1 protein expression in clinical pathological features, so as to analyze their correlations. Results The positive expression rate of AIB1 in cervical cancer and normal cervical tissue was not statistically significant, but AIB1 protein expression have rising trend with the gradually reduce tumor differentiation degree. Conclusions The over - expression of AIB1 protein is closely associated with tumor＇s growth in cervical cancer.
