摘  要:目的探讨仿真医院模拟情景教学法在腹部损伤病人外科护理中的应用和效果。方法护理200811班随机分为对照组(26名),试验组(26名)。试验组在仿真医院里授以情景模拟教学法,对照组授以传统教学方法,通过问卷调查比较两组学生上课兴趣,综合能力培养效果;比较两组学生理论考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩。结果情景模拟教学法在提高学生的学习兴趣、临床操作技能、临床综合能力以及理论知识等方面都高于传统教学方法,P<0.01。结论在腹部损伤病人外科护理教学中,利用仿真医院情景模拟教学效果优于传统教学方法教学效果。Objective To discuss the application effect of scene simulation teaching method with simulation of hospital on surgical nursing of abdominal trauma patients. Methods The students in 200811 nursing classes were randomly separated into the experimental group (26 persons) who were adopted scene simulation teaching method and the control group(26 parsons) who were adopted conventional teaching method. They were investigated with the questionnaire of the results of the interest in learning and the training effect in comprehensive capacity. The theory examinations and the clinical skills assessment of the two groups were analyzed. Results The interest in learning and the training effect in comprehensive capacity and the theory examinations and the clinical skills assessment in the expefio mental group were better than those in the control group(P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions The application effect of the scene simulation teaching method with simulation of hospital on surgical nursing of abdominal trauma patients is better than that of the conventional teaching method.
