依托远程会诊车建立野外数字图书馆

摘　　要：目前各解放军医院均已建立野战医疗所(队)并配备了远程会诊车用于野外环境下实现基于卫星通信网络的远程会诊。野战医疗所队员每年在野外环境集训以提高战时野战医院的保障能力。然而,训练之余大量宝贵的光阴白白浪费,提出依托野战会诊车载计算机和无线路由器,建立无线网络数字图书馆,使野战医疗所队员在训练之余,可使用支持WIFI手机、笔记本、PDA、MID等终端访问图书馆,提高队员医疗水平和科研能力。该图书馆系统采用JSP技术搭载TOMCAT服务器和SQL SERVER数据库建立,客户端仅需提供浏览器访问即可。In recent years, outdoor military medical troops are established and tele-medical trucks are equipped for outdoor tele-medical support by satellite communication. Medical officers are gathered for physical, military and medical training to improve their ability to serve outdoor military hospital for about one month. To avoid time wasting during the rest time, we propose to build an outdoor library based on computer and wireless switch on tele-medical truck. Medical officers can access the library using phone, notebook, PDA, MID devices with WlFI support. They can improve their medical and research skill. The library is implemented using JSP technique with Tomcat web server and SOL Server database. No software are needed for client except a web browser.
