摘　　要：简要介绍了DL-丙氨酸用途。详细阐述了化学合成法、发酵法、丙氨酸消旋酶法等几种不同的DL-丙氨酸生产工艺,并分析了各工艺的优缺点。指出了丙氨酸消旋酶法生产工艺是DL-丙氨酸发展的方向。Applications of DL-alanine was introduced in this paper.Some productive technologies and characteristics of DL-alanine are emphatically introduced from the chemical synthesis,fermentation and alanine racemase. Advanage and deficiency of productive technology was discussed.It is believed that the alanine racemase productive process is the development direction of DL-alanine.
