摘 要:目的:探讨β-Catenin、E-Cadherin在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测5例正常卵巢组织(NOT)、10例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤(OSA)、18例卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤(OSBT)及38例卵巢浆液性癌(OSC)石蜡包埋组织中β-Catenin、E-Cadherin表达情况,并结合OSC周围组织浸润、淋巴结转移情况进行分类和统计分析。结果:(1)β-Catenin的表达在NOT、OSA、OSBT及OSC四组间逐渐升高,其差异具有统计学意义(χ2=22.736,P<0.05),β-Catenin的表达在NOT、OSA、OSBT与OSC组两两相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)E-Cadherin的表达在NOT、OSA、OSBT及OSC四组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=16.357,P<0.05),NOT、OSA及OSBT三组间E-Cadherin表达逐渐升高(P<0.05),OSBT与OSC两组间E-Cadherin表达有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)E-Cadherin在OSC浸润组中表达阴性率比无浸润组有增高趋势,但两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:(1)β-Catenin的表达可能在OSC的发生及演变过程中起促进作用,其表达随肿瘤的恶性程度增高而升高;(2)E-Cadherin的表达可能从NOT、OSA到OSBT的发生及演变过程中起促进作用,其表达程度逐渐升高,从OSBT到OSC表达程度逐渐降低趋势。E-Cadherin在OSC浸润组中表达降低或缺失可能与OSC的浸润有关。Objective:To study the β-Catenin,E-Cadherin in ovarian serous carcinoma and discusses both in function and significance in ovarian serous tumor.Methods:Using immunohistochemistry technical testing 5 cases of normal ovarian tissue(NOT),10 cases of ovarian serous adenoma(OSA),18 cases of ovarian serous borderline tumor(OSBT) and 38 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma(OSC) paraffin embedding organization β-Catenin,E-Cadherin expression,and combining OSC surrounding tissues infiltration,lymph node metastasis case classification and statistical analysis.Results:(1)The expression of β-Catenin in NOT,OSA,OSBT and OSC organization four groups is compared between a statistically significant difference(χ2=22.736,P0.05),NOT,OSA,OSBT and OSC compared with each other,opposite difference was statistically significant(P0.05);(2) The expression of E-Cadherin in NOT,OSA,OSBT and OSC organization four groups is compared between a statistically significant difference(χ2=16.357,P0.05).OSA,OSBT compared with NOT organization,opposite difference was statistically significant(P0.05);(3) In the OSC group E-Cadherin infiltrating the expression expression rate drop,compared with no infiltration rate of the reduced significantly(P0.05). Conclusion:β-Catenin,E-Cadherin OSC evolution process of the likely to play a role,both the malignant tumor with the degree of changes;rise E-Cadherin OSC infiltrating groups in decline,tip OSC expressed in E-Cadherin and infiltrating relevant.
