摘  要:目的:研究陇南铅锌矿业环境对陇南茶叶的安全性影响的可能性因素。方法:采集了陇南地区的9个产茶乡镇的124份茶叶样品,测定铅、锌、铜、铁、锰含量,与外地茶叶样品检测比对。结果:陇南茶叶Cu、Fe、Pb、Zn、Mn的RSD范围分别为30.88±7.22、19.92±5.34、67.88±10.15、17.02±2.11、15.70±2.33。铅和铜元素含量变化较大,另一矿区特征元素锌的含量变化相对稳定。未检出铅元素的样品出现在距离铅锌矿区不同半径区域环境。结论:铅和铜含量的大范围的变化,可能是茶叶生产中不规范操作等污染因素造成的差异。陇南某些茶叶品种未检出Pb污染物;相比之下当地其它茶叶在污染物的控制方面还有一定差距。Objective:Study the potential factors that influence the safety of Longnan tea in the lead-zinc mining environment.Methods: Collected 124 tea samples from 3 counties,9 rural towns of tea-producing areas in Longnan,the contents of lead,zinc,copper,iron and manganese in the samples were determined.Then the results were compared to the tea samples of other productive tea areas.Results: The range of RSD of copper,iron,lead,zinc and manganese were 30.88±7.22,19.92±5.34,67.88±10.15,17.02±2.11 and 15.70±2.33,respectively.The contents of copper and lead in the tea samples varied a lot.The change trend of content of the feature element zinc in another mining was steady correspondingly.The samples without finding of lead appeared in the environments at different distances around the lead-zinc mining.Conclusion: The large-scale change of content of lead and zinc in the determined results was ascribed to the pollution factors,which resulted in non-standard operation in the manufacture process,etc.Lead was not detected in some kinds of Longnan tea;In comparison,other tea in the local has a great gap in the control of pollutants.
