摘  要:目的:建立一套有效提高食品中副溶血性弧菌检出率的检验方法。方法:以副溶血性弧菌ATCC20516作为试验菌株,比较不同增菌液的增菌效果,综合试验结果对国家标准GB/T4789.7-2003的检验方法进行改进,并对改进法进行验证。结果:选取193件食品同时用国标法和改进法检测副溶血性弧菌,改进法检出率5.70%,国标法检出率0.52%,经统计学分析χ2=8.1,P<0.01,两种方法检出率有显著性差异。结论:改进法的副溶血性弧菌检出率高于国标法,是一套能有效提高食品中副溶血性弧菌的检出率的检验方法。Objective:To establish an effective test method of increasing the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food.Methods: Taking Vibrio parahaemolyticus ATCC20516 as the testing bacterial strain,comparing the bacterial enriching effect of different bacterial enrichment liquid,improving the standard method for the determination of GB/T4789.7-2003 in the foundation of the comprehensive test results,and verificating the improved method.Results: We selected 193 food sample and detected the Vibrio parahaemolyticus by the national standards method and the improved method at the same time.The detection rates of national standards method and the improved method is 5.70% and 0.52% respectively,which are significantly different by statistical analysis with χ^2=8.1,P〈0.01.Conclusion: The detection rate of the improved methods is significantly higher than that of the national standard method in the test of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and is an effective method to increase the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food.
