摘  要:目的研究兰州汉族等25个人群STR基因座遗传关系。方法对兰州汉族等25个人群基因频率进行比较,应用亲缘系数和遗传距离分析这25个人群间的遗传关系并绘制系统树。结果整个汉族人群归为一支,与美国人群及不同少数民族人群的遗传距离较远;在汉族人群中兰州汉族与天津、陕西汉族归为一支,与广东汉族的遗传距离较远;与不同少数民族相比,兰州汉族与甘肃东乡族及青海蒙古族归为一支,与黑龙江蒙古族和新疆维吾尔族的遗传距离较远。结论研究揭示兰州汉族同其他地区汉族在遗传距离上接近,同少数民族比较,存在地域和民族融合等因素的影响,表明人种、民族和地域是影响不同人群遗传距离的主要因素。Objective: To study the genetic relationship among Lanzhou Han population and other 24 populations.Methods The STR polymorphsium information of Lanzhou Han population and other twenty-four populations in different areas collected from the published data were used to calculate the genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance.Phylogenetic trees based on the genetic distance were established.Results: Results showed that Han population was a monophyletic group in China,differed with other minorities or ethnic populations.Lanzhou,Tianjin and Shanxi Han populations were the in the same clade,smaller than others among Han populations.Compared with minorities,the genetic distances among the Han population in Lanzhou,Mongol population in Qinghai and Dongxiang population in Gansu were smaller than other populations,while Han populations of Inner Mongolia was dramatically differentiated from other subpopulations.Conclusion: The study demonstrated that ethnic group,minorities and clime were the major factors which influenced the genetic distance.Meanwhile,migration and intermarriage could affect the genetic relationship among different populations.
