摘　　要：提高农村小学教育质量是实现有质量教育公平的重点和难点,促进农村小学生全面发展是提高农村小学教育质量的出发点和归宿。随着农村经济社会的发展变化和农村教育的发展变化,农村小学教育取得了重要进展,同时,农村经济社会发展变化和农村教育发展变化过程中一些新的有关农村小学生发展的问题也凸显出来,描述和分析农村小学生发展面临的最近概况和新问题,可发现许多农村小学生发展的相关对策和改进空间。To improve the education quality of primary school in rural areas is one most important and difficult part to achieve education equality with quality.To improve the overall development of students is the starting point and destination to improve the quality of primary school education in rural areas.With the development and changes of economy and society and education in rural areas,important progress has been made in primary school education in rural areas.At the same time,some new questions of student development of primary school in rural areas are also coming.Describing and analyzing current situations and new problems faced by student development of primary school in rural areas,many opportunities of improvement and strategies of student development in primary school in rural areas can be found.
