摘 要:以旱獭、麝鼠、兔狲、青鼬、石貂为试验材料,观察其毛绒纤维的超微结构,利用扫描电镜法比较其鳞片层结构特征。结果显示:旱獭针毛翘角平均值为37.0°,鳞片高度平均值为7.76μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.43μm,旱獭绒毛翘角平均值为25.4°,鳞片高度平均值为14.57μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.68μm;麝鼠针毛鳞片高度平均值为4.58μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.22μm,麝鼠绒毛翘角平均值为24.7°,鳞片高度平均值为11.14μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.40μm;兔狲针毛翘角平均值为31.9°,鳞片高度平均值为10.65μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.52μm,兔狲绒毛翘角平均值为24.8°,鳞片高度平均值为9.30μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.46μm;青鼬针毛翘角平均值为37.8°,鳞片高度平均值为4.33μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.24μm,青鼬绒毛鳞片高度平均值为13.88μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.65μm;石貂针毛翘角平均值为33.6°,鳞片高度平均值为23.93μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.74μm,石貂绒毛翘角平均值为25.2°,鳞片高度平均值为29.87μm,鳞片厚度平均值为0.64μm。不同种的动物纤维具有独特的形态特征,在超微结构上存在明显的差别。The research aimed to study the microstructure of 5 kinds animal fibers.The hairs and villus of marmot,Musk-rat,Steppe cat,Yellow-throated marten,Stoat marten were used as the experiment materials,and scanning electron microscopy was used to observe their scale structure.The rake angle of marmot hairs was 37.0°,the average height of scale was 7.76 μm,and the average thickness was 0.43 μm,the rake angle of marmot villus was 25.4°,the average height of scale was 14.57 μm,and the average thickness was 0.68 μm;The average height of Musk-rat hairs scale was 4.58 μm,and the average thickness was 0.22 μm,the rake angle of Musk-rat villus was 24.7°,the average height of scale was 11.14 μm,and the average thickness was 0.40 μm;The rake angle of Steppe cat hairs was 31.9°,the average height of scale was 10.65 μm,and the average thickness was 0.52 μm,the rake angle of Steppe cat villus was 24.8°,the average height of scale was 9.30 μm,and the average thickness was 0.46 μm;The rake angle of Yellow-throated marten hairs was 37.8°,the average height of scale was 4.33 μm,and the average thickness was 0.24 μm.The average height of Yellow-throated marten villus scale was 13.88 μm,and the average thickness was 0.65 μm;The rake angle of Stoat marten hairs was 33.6°,the average height hairs scale was 23.93 μm,and the average thickness was 0.74 μm.The rake angle of stoat marten villus was 25.2°,the average height of Stoat marten vills scale was 29.87 μm,and the average thickness was 0.64 μm.The observation results showed that the unique characteristics for the fibers of different animals and clear difference on their inner ultra structure.The observation results also provide a reliable basis for the discrimination of different fibers and the distinguishment of the animal-generic.
