摘　　要：目的探讨βⅢ-tubulin在胃癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测58例胃癌组织及其相应的53例癌旁组织中βⅢ-tubulin的表达,并对βⅢ-tubulin不同表达患者的临床病理特征及预后进行分析。结果胃癌组织中βⅢ-tubulin高表达率为70.69%(41/58),与年龄、性别、病理类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。癌旁组织中βⅢ-tubulin高表达率为64.15%(34/53),与胃癌组织差异无统计学意义。在有完整随访资料的41例患者中,胃癌组织βⅢ-tubulin高表达组的2年生存率为52.0%,低表达组为43.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论βⅢ-tubulin的表达与胃癌患者的临床特征及预后无明显相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of βⅢ-tubulin and clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Methods Expression of βⅢ-tubulin in 58 paraffin-embedded gastric cancer and 53 matched paracancer tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry method.The patients＇ clinical data and survival time were collected and analyzed.Results High expression rate of βⅢ-tubulin was 70.69%（41/58）in gastric cancer tissues and 64.15%（34/53） in matched paracancer tissues（P0.05）.Expression of βⅢ-tubulin was not related to age,gender,pathological type,stage,status of lymph node metastasis and tumor invasion grade（P0.05）.In 41 patients with complete follow-up data,the survival rate of patients with high βⅢ-tubulin expression was 52.0%,while patients with low βⅢ-tubulin expression was 43.8%.There was no significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion Overexpression of βⅢ-tubulin was not significantly associated with age,gender,patholigical type,aggressive tumor behavior（stage,status of lymph node metastasis and tumor invasion grade） and prognosis in gastric cancer.
