摘 要:实验采用阻断一侧大脑中动脉(MCAO)造成局灶性脑缺血模型,运用免疫组织化学方法测定脑缺血1h及3h脑组织中的TGF-β1阳性染色状况。结果显示:①脑缺血1h后缺血测与缺血对侧、缺血侧与对照组的TGF-β1染色均有显著性差异(P<0.05);而缺血中心和缺血半影区的比较无计学意义(P>0.05);②脑缺血3h后的TGF-β1表达较缺血1h有新的变化,缺血半影区阳性率呈上升趋势而缺血中心则呈下降趋势(93.3%vs100%,73.3%vs60%),其变化具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明脑缺血后神经细胞TGF-β1表达增高及TGF-β1可能参与神经细胞抗损伤机制。In this experiment, using the model of focal cerebral ischemia by occluding the middle cerebral artery in rat, We observed TGF - β1 staining in its brain which had been occluded for 1 hour or 3 hours by immunohistochemistry. The results showed: 1.the expression of TGF - β1 in the group one (occlueded for 1 hour) was significant difference between infarct versus conrtolateral hemisphere and infarct versus control subject (P <0. 05), otherwise there was no significance between ischemic core and ischemic penumbra(IP). 2. the expression of TGF - β1 in the group two (occluded for 3hours) was highly significant difference between infarct versus non - ischemic subject and infarct versus conrtol subJect (P <0. 01 ), and there was significant differerce between ischemic core and IP. Conclusion: expression of TGF - β1 in rat following PMCAO had increased and it might be of neuroprotective value.
