抗郁药P_(17)致突变作用研究

摘  要:目的:评价抗郁药P17的致突变作用。方法:应用小鼠骨髓微核试验(GB 15193.5-2003)、Ames试验(GB 15193.4—2003)对抗郁药P17进行了致突变试验。结果:抗郁药P17三个试验剂量组微核率均在正常范围内,经SPSS中的Nonparametric tests检验与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。抗郁药P17在受试剂量63~1000μg/皿范围内,各剂量组各菌株与阴性对照组比较均未见回变菌落数明显增加。结论:本试验条件下抗郁药P17无致突变作用。Objectives:To evaluate the mutagenicity of Fluoxetine P17.Methods:The micronucleus test of in mice based on GB 15193.5-2003 and the Ames test based on GB 15193.4-2003 were applied.Results:The micronucleus rate form three-dosage-range groups of Fluoxetine P17 were all in the nomal range.The result by Nonporametric tests of SPSS showed there were no significant differences compared to the netagive control groups(P0.05).At the dosoge range of 63~1000 μg Fluoxetine P17 per culture dish,the numbers of the revertent colonies from every group was not significantly higher than the negative control one.Conclusion:It is concluded that no mutagenicity effects of Fluoxetine P17 was detected under the condition of this experiment.
