摘 要:设计了基于MCU的铝合金双脉冲焊电源,在此基础上研究了控制参数整定及优化,并进行了焊接试验和结果分析。分析了基于MCU和硬件PID控制原理,并用试验法对PID参数Kp,Ti,Td进行了整定优化,获得了最佳的PID参数。通过试验分析,电流波形规整稳定,无断弧现象发生,获得了较好的焊缝成形和稳定的焊接过程。On the basis of the designed Al-alloy double pulsed MIG welding power source based on MCU,control parameters adjusting and optimization were studied. Then welding tests and result analysis were carried out. Through the analysis of the principle of PID control based on hardware and MCU control,parameters Kp,Ti,Td were matched upon experiments. The optimal PID parameters were found out. The experiment results showed that the current waveform was uniform,periodic and stable without any inconsecutive arc. Thus stable welding process and high-quality welding seams were achieved.
