摘 要:某钢框架结构中的铸钢节点,体积巨大,自重较大,且受力状态复杂。现有理论无法完全考虑节点制作过程中的各种缺陷,也无法分析其在复杂受力状态下的力学性能。通过应力等效原则,将实际复杂受力状态简化成简单的轴向拉压状态,以方便加载试验。利用ANSYS软件分析实际受力状态和简化受力状态下的节点性能,验证简化过程的合理性。对铸钢节点足尺模型进行三向加载试验,将试验结果与分析结果进行比较,验证数值分析的正确性,进而评价节点的受力性能和安全性。Large cast-steel modes of steel frame structure have a large size,great dead weight and the complex stress state.These various defects from manufacture process cannot be considered in existing theories;also mechanical properties of the nodes in complex stress state cannot be analyzed.To make loading test convenient,practical complex stress state of nodes is simplified into simple axial load state by stress equivalence method.The actual stress state and the simplified load state of nodes were analyzed by ANSYS software.And the validation of the process of simplification was proved.Loading test for the full-scale model cast-steel mode was finished.The test results were compared with the analysis results to confirm the correctness of the numerical analysis and further the mechanical properties and safety of large cast-steel nodes were evaluated.
