摘　　要：从大连到纽约，绿诺董事长邹德军没有想到，这不是一次轻松愉快的旅行。 四年前，他通过一连串从没听说过的小型美国中介机构的帮助，以反向收购登陆美国OTCBB，2009年，又如愿以偿从OTCBB升板到纳斯达克。Ever since Youku,Dangdang,Qihoo 360 and Renren kicked off the fourth wave of Chinese companies to be listed in the U.S.,U.S.listed Chinese companies have begun to face a 'crisis of faith' on behalf of investors.In May of this year,Renren,Jiayuan.com and Phoenix New Media were unable to repeat the success stories of previous Chinese companies.Instead of having stock value rise sharply on the first day of their IPO's,some instead saw their share prices falling dramatically.Some analysts feel that this lack of faith stems from the fact that a number of U.S. listed Chinese companies lack transparency,in addition to the fact that they are not well known in America.Adding to the problem is that some Chinese companies have come under suspicion of using fraudulent methods to get listed.Of course there are some who say that this is all a 'trap' involving investors who are looking to make a profit by circulating negative rumors.
