摘　　要：城市交通密切关系着整个城市功能布局发展、居民生活与出行的质量,随着天津市交通机动化进程迅速发展,城市道路交通拥堵已经成为制约天津市城市发展的一个重要症结。为了有效缓解天津市城市交通拥堵问题,制定和实施有针对性的对策、手段和措施,从当前天津市交通现状及引发问题的根源出发,对交通拥堵的形成根源进行深入的分析,并通过总结国内外城市交通拥堵成功治理的经验,结合天津市交通实际情况,提出天津市城市交通拥堵治理的对策建议。The urban traffic is closely related to the functional layout development of the whole city and the living and traveling qualities of the residents.With the high-speed development of the traffic motorization course of Tianjin,the traffic jam of urban roads has become an important bottleneck to restrict the urban development of Tianjin.In order to efficiently resolve the ruban traffic jam problem of Tianjin,the efficient special countermeasures,means and measures are made out and implemented.The article deeply analyzes the forming source of traffic jam from the present status of the traffic in Tianjin and the caused problems,sums up the successful experience to handle the urban traffic jam at home and abroad,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for handling the traffic jam of Tianjin City according to the actual traffic conditions of Tianjin.
