摘　　要：阐述了高职院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的意义,指出高职院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度是提升服务功能的必然选择,分析了高职院校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的措施。This paper expounds the significance for the library of higher vocational college to develop the subject librarian system,points out that developing the subject librarian system by the library of higher vocational college is a necessary selection for improving the service functions,and analyzes the measures for developing the subject librarian system by the library of higher vocational college.
