摘 要:考察六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)对聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)稳定的SiC水基悬浮液流变性的影响。结果表明:可降解高分子PESA能够较好地分散SiC悬浮液。分散剂总量一定,添加0.1%SHMP取代等质量的PESA,SiC悬浮液流变性得到明显提高。少量的SHMP占据了PESA分子之间较小的裸露空间,增加了体系的空间位阻与静电斥力,使得SiC悬浮液分散性有所提高。Effects of sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP) on rheology of SiC aqueous suspensions dispersed with polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA) were investigated.Results showed that PESA could well disperse SiC aqueous suspensions.As the total content of dispersants was fixed,small addition of SHMP(0.1%) further improved the rheology of SiC suspensions.The reason was that SHMP molecules could fill into many small,bare "patches" between PESA molecules,thus resulting in enhanced steric and electrostatic repulsion.
