弹性义齿在牙列缺损修复中的临床应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察弹性义齿的修复效果,对比弹性义齿和传统可摘局部义齿在牙列缺损修复中的疗效。方法:为120例患者镶复130件弹性义齿,为对照组41例患者镶复49例传统可摘局部义齿,对两组的临床疗效进行1年的跟踪随访。结果:130件弹性义齿中119件达到良好的修复效果,成功率达91.5%;对照组49件中成功47件,成功率95.9%。经卡方检验(P>0.05),成功率无显著性差异。结论:弹性义齿修复与传统可摘局部义齿修复的临床疗效无明显差异,是一种方便安全的治疗方法,值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effects and compare the differences between the flexible removable partial dentures and conventional partial dentures in edentulous restoration.Methods： 130 flexible removable partial dentures in 120 patients and 49 conventional partial dentures in 41 patients were observed,and followed up to one year.Results： 119 flexible removable partial dentures were satisfied,the success rates is 91.5%.47 conventional partial dentures were satisfied,the success rates is 95.9%.Conclusion： There is no significant differences in clinical outcome between the flexible removable partial dentures and the conventional partial dentures.The flexible removable partial dentures is a good choice for removable partial dentures.It is safe and convenient.
