中美护士管理法律制度的比较研究

摘　　要：文章对中美两国护士管理法律制度相关资料进行了比较研究,发现中美两国在护士注册与准入制度、护士执业范围、护士管理机构以及医院护士人力配备的法律规定方面存在差异。为完善和发展我国护士管理法律制度,建议我国建立护士分层次注册制度和专科护士准入及管理制度,完善护士延续注册和护士执业范围的法律规定,规范各级卫生主管部门在护士管理方面的职责,完善护士编制规定。The two legal systems of norse administration of China and US were analyzed and compared. There were differences between China and US on the nurse registration and admisslnn system,the seope of nursing practice,the authorities of nurse administration and the nurse allocation. To provide preferences and suggestions for developing and perfeeting the legal system of nurse administration in China,it is proposed that a hierarchical system of nurse registration and a system of nurse specialist admission and management should be established,and improve the legal ~gulation on nurse continued registration and the scope of nursing practice,and standardize the responsibilities of nurse administration authorities, and improve the provision of nurse establishment.
