摘　　要：目的:观察EXPASYL排龈膏法在不同牙龈指数(gingivalindex,GI)龈下牙体缺损充填修复中的排龈效果及远期疗效。方法:将152例(180颗牙)累及龈下的Ⅱ类洞按照不同GI分级原则,随机分为对照组、G1、G2 3组,对每组排龈临床效果及两年内充填体的脱落率进行对比分析。结果:不同牙龈指数的排龈效果及远期修复效果相同,差异无统计学意义。结论:GI指数≤2时,排龈效果及远期修复效果理想。Objective： To observe the clinical effect and Long-term effect of Expasyl gingival retraction paste in Subgingival defect restoration of different gingival index. Methods： A total of 152 patients （180 teeth） ,involving the subgingival defect according to different GI classification principles, were divided into contral group, G1 group, G2 group. The clinical effects of gingival retraction and the expulsion rate of filling within the two years were analysed. Result： There is no different that the clinical effect and Long-term effect of Expasyl gingival retraction paste in Subgingival defect restoration of different gingival index. Conclusion： The clinical effect and long-term effect is favorable when gingival index ≤ 2.
