摘　　要：近年来,江苏省委省政府十分重视中小企业的扶持工作,先后颁布实施系列关于管理中小企业技术创新的法规和规范性文件,主要包括《江苏省中小企业促进条例》《江苏省政府关于鼓励和促进科技创新创业若干政策的通知》《江苏省科技型中小企业技术创新资金管理办法》《江苏省人民政府关于促进中小企业平稳健康发展的意见》《关于促进中小企业提高自主创新能力的意见》等,从金融财税等方面为江苏中小企业开展自主创新提供了良好环境。Jiangsu provincial government has attached great importance to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in recent years,promulgating and implementing a series of laws and regulations on the technological innovation management of SME.They are The Jiangsu Provincial SME Promotion Ordinance,Notices of Jiangsu Province on Encouraging and Promoting Scientific and Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship,Jiangsu SME Technology Innovation Fund Management Rules, Views of Jiangsu Provincial Government on Promoting the Stable and Healthy Development of SME,Views on Promoting the Independent Innovation Ability of SME,etc..They have provided a good environment in financial taxation for the SME to develop the ability of independent innovation.
