摘　　要：软环境的正确积极构建是保证高校人才由知识面向理论型与实践型相结合转变的关键,也是加强高校学风建设的重要方面,因此研究软环境在高校学风建设中的作用,与学风建设的关系,对提高高校教学质量、实现培养目标、为社会的发展输出人才具有积极意义。The correct and active construction is the key point of ensuring college talent transform from knowledge type into combining theory with practice type, and an important aspect of strengthen study style construction, so, analyse the function of soft environment and its relationship with the construction of academic discipline is of positive significant to improve college teaching quality and realize training target, output talents for the society＇s development.
