摘　　要：近年来,许多高校实施了学长制,学长制作为一种学生自主教育管理模式,新老生交流互助的平台,在提高大学生人际沟通能力中发挥了积极的作用。In recent years, many colleges and universities put senior system in practice, by way of self-educational administration mode, a flat roof of communion and mutually for freshman and old boy ,prefect system brings into full play enhancing academician interpersonal skills.
