摘　　要：我国旅游管理人才的培养,主要依靠各高校的旅游管理专业来进行。然而按照传统教育模式培养的旅游人才,大部分是重理论轻实践,学生创新能力不足。本文从提高旅游管理专业学生创新能力及其培养途径出发,通过改革教学方法、强化实践环节等措施培养学生的创新能力。The training of our tourism management talents mainly rely on the colleges and universities of tourism management major for teaching.However,the tourism personnel who were trained by the traditional mode of education are most of theoretical and practical light weight,lack of creative ability.This article is based on improving the students＇ creative capacity of the tourism management major and the way of training.To cultivate the students＇ ability of innovate by reforming teaching methods,strengthening the link of practice measures.
