摘　　要：要当好五年制高职生班主任,就必须按照管理是关键,教育是基础的班级工作理念,对症下药,采用科学的管理方法与手段,带好班,出成效。To be a good head teacher in the five-year higher vocational school,on must according to the class working concept of management is the key,education is the foundation,suit the remedy to the case,adopt to scientific manage method to work efficiently.
